The Supreme Court of Justice Aliyu Sanusi - drove struck out the intrigue recorded by the Congress of All Progressives (APC), which tested the judgment of the High Court in the State of Rivers, which prohibited the APC from directing any primaries in the state to assign the possibility of speaking to the rally in the future election.
In a lead judgment, Justice Aliyu Sanusi, on the basis of a preliminary objection raised by the respondents, Ibrahim Umah and 22 other aggrieved members of the APC, said that the objection raised by the respondent was substantial. As it is, in all the elections to be held in the state of Rivers, the APC will not present any candidate.
