It has gone viral on social media that Gunmen kidnapped two staffs of Bowen University on Monday evening, It was confirmed by an eye witness who figured out how to escape portrayed the episode. He said they were kidnapped by equipped men and walked into the shrubbery.
The people in question, who are yet to be distinguished, were said to have been abducted at Ile-Ogbo intersection along Iwo-Osogbo Road.
The eye witness who figured out how to get away, however, was shot in the leg by the criminals and is as of now being treated at an undisclosed medical clinic in the state.
Affirming the grab to The Nation paper, Folashade Odoro, representative of the Osun State Police Command, expressed that the Police is brushing the shrub to protect the people in question and capture the criminals.
"Indeed, two individuals were seized, and our men are as of now in the hedge endeavoring to protect the people in question and capture the abductors," she said.
