PDP Accuses Apc of sponsoring thugs during campaign rally in Ebonyi

Hooligans associated to be the members of the All Progressive Congress (APC) have been blamed for assaulting the campaign train of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ebonyi. 
Tending to newsmen on Friday, Fidelis Nwankwo, Director General of the Divine Mandate Campaign Organization, asserted that APC hooligans in the state wrecked the crusade bulletins of PDP. 

He asserted that the hooligans, numbering up to 100, halted PDP individuals in Edda, Afikpo South Local Government Area of the state. 

Amid the assault, previous Deputy Speaker of the House of Assembly, Dorothy Obasi, supposedly continued wounds. 

He stated: "Just yesterday, Thursday, the seventh of February, 2019, as a parade of the Divine Mandate Campaign Organization set out toward Edda for its nearby government rally, a pack of APC hooligans were assembled and fiercely set upon the PDP parade, which was legally continuing on ahead. 

"Honest citizens were attacked, beaten, and hassled by these thoughtless road urchins. Wanton annihilation was likewise exacted on vehicles and property of PDP unwavering, whose just wrongdoing was to express their opportunity of affiliation and political alliance." 

The gathering entrusted the Nigeria Police Force to arrange the capture of the hooligans that assaulted its individuals and make them face the full discipline of the law.
