The Suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen, has showed up for his arraignment at the Code of Conduct Tribunal. Onnoghen, who was suspended by President Buhari on 25 January, is arraigned for his alleged false declaration of assets.
Since the start of his preliminary, Onnoghen has would not show up before the CCT on grounds that the court needs a ward to hear his case.
On Wednesday, CCT director, Danladi Umar, issue a seat warrant for his capture
