the Nigerian government and the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) are required to hold another round of meeting on Thursday in an offer to determine the continuous strike in state-funded colleges.
The ASUU President, Biodun Ogunyemi,, made this known after the last gathering of the association, with the Ministry of Labor and Employment.
Toward the finish of a gathering with individuals from the association, ASUU had consented to reconsider the situation of the administration to its requests.
Likewise affirming Thursday's gathering, Iliya Rhoda, the acting Director of the Ministry of Labor and Employment, said Chris Ngige, the Minister of Labor, would manage the gathering
The announcement read: "Facilitation to the endeavors at settling the continuous modern activity by Chris Ngige the Academic Staff Union of Universities, the Minister of Labor and Employment, is booked to hold a placating gathering with the official of ASUU."
